Welcome to Elisa's Corner!

Anika has graciously let me have a little corner of her cottage where I can share things that are important to me, Elisa, the person behind the Centaur...also known as her Muse. I dearly love Anika--she's a very real part of me, one I hope I'll never lose--but of course I have other interests besides her world. Feel free to peruse the small offering I have presented here. I'm hoping that every now and again I'll be able to change things around, to offer you other glimpses of my varied interests.

Elisa's cat, Baby

This is my psychotic cat, Baby. I have a tendency to still call her a kitten, even though she's almost a year and a half old, because she was just 7 weeks old when I brought her home. She's also very small for a cat, which means she gets into everything. But, as often as I threaten to kill her, I love her dearly, and it's good to know she's here waiting for me when I get home.

If you'd like a bundle of psychosis, or maybe even a somewhat normal pet, head down to your local animal shelter. If you live in the Washington, DC, area, the Animal Welfare League of Arlington were wonderful people to work with, and you can tell they love the animals they keep. All these animals need a lot of love, and they can give a lot of love in return.

Elisa's Links

Here's where you'll find some of my favorite links NOT related to HX:AOH. These will include entryways to a few hidden niche of my corner, the websites of some of my friends, and a few other various places I want to share. Look for these to rotate as I think about changing them, so if you really like a site I've led you to, make sure to immediately bookmark it.
Erin's Squashed Bananas Page This is the website of my good, good friend, Erin. Check out the story about her dragon, Tosh.

My Thanks

More than people, I'd like to mention a few websites that I'd like to give credit to, either for helping me with this website in some way, or just for inspiring me.

The Goddess Art of Jonathon Earl BowserThis man is nothing less than genius. I adore his art, and you'll find some of his works throughout this site.

The NCSA Beginner's Guide to HTML As you should know by now, I've been working at re-doing the site, thanks to Tripod's stupid switch of easy, non-html-code builders. This guide has helped me so much in learning basic HTML and allowing me to finally begin getting these pages to look exactly as I want them to look.
